On the left hand lower side, look for:
LTA e Services (non login) - Buy & Sell A Used
Car - and click on "Vehicle Transfer Fees"
and this will bring you to:
and you can follow the instructions therein.
For the Intended Transfer Date, just a put a date that is a few days ahead of
the current date will do.
